Goghat - l Block reaches 100% of National Social Assistance Programme

With the opening of Bank account of MOSAMMAT JAMILA KHATUN, about 100 years of age of Amdoba villag  under Saora Gram panchayat  for getting pension under Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) ,Goghat-I Panchayat Samity reached the target of hundred percent of National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) as approved till date.

At the request of Jayanta Mondal, WBCS(Exe), Block Development Officer and Executive Officer of the Goghat-l Panchayat Samity, the officials of the State Bank of India, Seora Branch went her home and openned the bank account.

Now  the total beneficiaries  under three NSAPs are IGNOAPS-2161,  IGNWPS (Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Sheme)-853 &  IGNDPS (Indira Gandhi National Disablity Pension Scheme) - 76.
